•  They do a great job of continuously keeping in touch with the candidates by building good connections and guiding them throughout the recruitment process. 

• In some instances, we came across duplicate candidates but even then, Bharat Powerhyrs did not shy away from recommending the candidates with positive feedback and focused on position closer.

• Improvements points: As very selective candidates are pushed into our recruitment board; this sometimes results in a limited pool of candidates.
